What data we collect and why

We collect only the data that is reasonably necessary for the purpose it is collected for. The categories below describe what we gather and the legal basis for doing so under Article 6 of the GDPR.

Contact form submissions

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, the subject of your enquiry, and the content of your message. This data is processed on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract or in response to a request) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We retain this data for as long as is necessary to respond to and resolve the enquiry, and no longer than 12 months thereafter unless there is a specific reason to retain it for longer.

Webinar registration

If you register for a webinar session, we process your name and email address in order to send you access details and relevant information about the session. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Registration data is retained for the duration of the series cycle in which you are participating, plus a reasonable administrative period of up to six months.

Website analytics

With your consent, we may collect anonymized data about how visitors interact with this website, including pages visited and approximate geographic location. This is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie preferences panel accessible at the bottom of any page.

Data may be shared with service providers who assist in operating this website (for example, hosting or email delivery services) where those providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements. Any such providers are required to process data only on our instructions and in accordance with GDPR requirements.

We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a public authority, including the UODO.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
